This journey began with Proverbs 12:25: "Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad." I realized I needed a place to share the "Good Word" God was placing on my heart, and I couldn't keep it to myself! There is so much to share, and I truly believe that a merry heart is the best medicine for the body, mind, and soul.
